Mission from 16-04 to 04-05 2005 AT THE GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION “APITCO “ in Vijayawada ( India ) on behalf of the UN and the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs, for the resolution of various problems related to breadmaking and storage of toast bread. During the mission I visited various laboratories for breadmaking and local specialties’ production. Solid cooperation relations were established concerning both technological and theoretical aspects of breadmaking.
