Meccanica Italiana” is a company specialized in designing new types of machines in the food industry.
The new technology is applied in various areas such as ovens for cooking tortillas, tortilla, chapati ( a typical Indian bread), arepas bread (typical in the areas of Venezuela and Colombia, ); horizontal mixers for making and cooking meat sauce (Italian ragù) or other products used for filling meals; automatic ovens for baking tigelle; horizontal continuous fryers with the system of automatic ride used for some typical Italian Products ( panzerotti and gnocco fritto).
The company builds the customer machines according to their need and the space they have in the plant.
My activity focus on the start up of the machines and on advising clients about the potential improvements that can be done for increasing the functionality of the production.
