Beginning of cooperation with the company
“ LA PIADINA AMBROSIANA “
for the creation of a laboratory to be used to produce “piadinas”, Arab bread, tortillas and other products for the fast food chain in the Province of Milano. The consultancy is still under way for the creation of new products to be introduced in their clients’ shops. November 2007: Completion of the “piadina” production line by placing the punching cell and the packaging room with a new modified atmosphere packaging machine. Along with the production of various kinds of “piadinas”, the company owners started producing other fast food products: pizzas by the slice, “focaccias”, small “focaccias” with different flavours and Arab bread .
