Launch of 2 retarder proofers of the company “PABATECH “ of Reggio Emilia, at the bakery

 

“Panaderia Pasteleria Salón de Fé de Andres Carlos Agúera Millán “ on behalf of the company “Dipan.sur.sr.” in Malaga, Spain. I was responsible for training company staff on assembling and using the machinery. The consultancy was conducted towards the end of January and lasted 5 days .
